Shipping policy

All our items are ready to be shipped in bespoke gift boxes with foam inserts which can be reused to store your jewellery.
We know now more than ever how imperative it is to take care of our environment and planet. So we have ensured all our packaging is eco friendly and our postal boxes, are made from sturdy FSC®-certified corrugated cardboard. Please note all our packaging is widely recyclable.
Please note a video will be made of the order during the packaging process to confirm the condition of the item. 

Customers need to clearly specify the COMPLETE address and details of the person who will be receiving the order at checkout. Please note that we are not liable for any incorrect information that you have entered at checkout. The order will be shipped to the address you enter. 

Customers are required to bear all the shipping and handling charges or customs charges. 

Customers are required to cover any ongoing customs or taxes costs should any incur when shipping to your destination.
At SR Collection we do our best to deliver within the stated time, however we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries. 

We try our best to get deliveries out to you on time, but sometimes international deliveries can take longer than expected.
SR Collection are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out.


U.K Shipping

Free UK standard delivery on all orders (Tracked 48 delivery)

Standard delivery order processing time is 1 to 3 days and postage usually takes between 3 to 5 working days. The delivery option we use is Royal Mail's Tracked 48 all tracking information is sent to the email address provided upon checkout.

£5.99 Express UK delivery (Tracked 24 delivery)

Express delivery order processing time is 1 day and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and all tracking information is sent to the email address provided upon checkout. 

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm

This delivery option guarantees delivery by 1pm Monday to Saturday. The order is dispatched on the next working day. Delivery cost is dependant on parcel weight. If you would like this delivery option please send a message to sales@srcollection.co.uk or contact us via the messaging feature available on our website. You will be sent a separate email to pay the delivery charge.

Parcel weight up to 500g: £10.99

Parcel weight up to 750g: £11.99

Parcel weight up to 1kg: £11.99

Parcel weight up to 2kg: £15.99

Worldwide shipping 

£14.99 International tracking will be provided.

International orders may be subject to your local customs and duty charges. The customer is responsible for paying these fees. 

If you fail to pay these charges then your order will be sent back to us, however you will still be responsible for these charges, which are the original shipping costs and the cost of the return shipping. These will all be deducted from your final refund.
