Refund policy

We do not accept REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on JEWELLERY ITEMS due to our strict hygiene policy that we have in place for our customer safety. If your items arrives damaged or faulty, you must notify us via our email sales@srcollection.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
The customer is required to return all the contents its original condition within 7 days after notifying us.
Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please ensure the items are securely wrapped to prevent damage and sent via tracked delivery.
Once you have arranged delivery please email us on sales@srcollection with proof of postage, and the tracking number.
Once the product has been received we will inspect the product and arrange a refund which can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive back to your account. 
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for an exchange.
Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Delivery fees for the returned items must be arranged by the customer.
 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
If a order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
